As a fishing guide, I would not be allowed to renew my guide licence if I had any infractions under the wildlife act? Let alone 2 of them? How does this work???? Is this slipping through the cracks some how? I'm sure the CO's have gotten tired of this guy and would be trying to do everything they can to stop him?
