I took the time to go to the 24hr site and am disapointed I took the time..it degraded into a rude and ugly name calling and friend versus "facts"
problem is you can be charged with stealing nails, shingles, drywall, windows..etc etc etc or stealing a "home" I have enough experience in court in life and in familly(numerours laywers in house..

)and have seen questionable calls made by CO'S and ones that made sense..I was Not THERE HOWEVER when 2 seperate scenarios unfold with charges and convictions occurr it starts to quack and walk like a duck..well???
As owner operator he has ALL the reponsibility to know ALL THE RULES and obey..the penalty CAN BE losing his livlihood...what he did was CLEARLY wron even by "his admission " to his friend via e-mail IF that is indeed his words..
he admits he repeatadly knew and did wrong..
I watched CANADIAN assistant guides cause their boss many times those fines for their "shennanigans" HOWEVER I also have personally witnessed Consrvation officers state ALL those hunters over there are breaking the law...my job is to catch them and punish them...a piss poor way to enter any encounter with recreational anglers and hunters..
So ????/I dont know this individual however as HEAD of the outfit he has repeatadly DECIDED not to come forward when he knew he had violated Canadian law..and ignorance is no excuse..its his JOB to know ALL the rules so his clients dont lose out due to his lack of knowlege..
H ehad his first chance ..and now his second chance..he should be losing his area...
The discussion on 24 hr was neither helpful or polite..it was deroggatory and offensive...
As owner operator his reponsibilities reach a higher level than some rookie hunter...
