45 grains of Varget is 3 grains OVER the maximum load provided by Hodgdon the maker of Varget. It is also 2 1/2 grains over the maximum listed by Nosler for use under the 140 Accubond. Your rifle MAY be able to handle this much powder but then again it may either let go on the first shot or develop head-space problems after a few shots.
The signs of excessive pressure include excessive velocity. I have referenced close to a dozen reloading manuals and NONE have shown 140 grain 7-08 loads in excess of 2850 fps much less 3000. Also, these these loads were shot with 24" barrels not the 22 1/2" of your T-3 which should clock in about 50-75 fps less than any listed load.
Alliant - the maker of Reloader 19 - shows 50 grains of RL19 to produce 2700 fps a fair way off 3000 fps.
Bottom line is don't use data from some guy on an Internet forum until you have verified it for yourself in a couple of current reloading manual.
