Nope wouldn't be bad at all..Like I've stated before there's some good people..But ....
I'd rather play chicken with a yarder in a pile of blowdown before I 'd even consider lurking there again..Lost a great deal of respect for the way they run that place.

So, he sent it to Tim and Rod at Corelane and they put a Lilja bbl on it in .338RUM and NOW it shoots "bugholes".....the big 7 seems to be a rather tricky round to get to work like you want it to.

Seen it and heard the same from others reguarding finding a load with a decent bullet.

I'll be the first to tell ya kute while working with the 154 Hornady Interbond it almost became a jack handle...Man that thing pissed me off..So John Noslers 60 year old bullet is what she shoots..And very well too..

Hello,

Found this place via 24 hour campfire,I come to Canada pretty often to hunt and would like to hang here from time to time. My wife's family lived in Canada before they came to the states, she still has relatives there.

I have had some fusses with Kute but that's not what I'm here to do,as I've learned to really like to hear what he thinks. Enjoy reading what 7STW has to say too,so... here I am.

Britt

guides and outfitters

I think several things are troubling about the entire Bryan Martin situation and the disscussion surrounding it.
The first thing that troubles me is when wildlife and wilderness is used by people as just another commodity to get rich from. Of course, if it's possible to make more money by cutting corners (ignoring laws), by all means, cut corners. I don't embrace many ideaologies, but
We have a similar situation here in Montana. Many outfitters have no ties to Montana. They lease/buy huge ranches and sell hunts to wealthy non residents. This forces residents out of hunting opportunities and wreaks havoc with game management.
The second thing that troubles me is how much the Bryan Martin disscussions serves as a metaphor for all disscussion of issues here in the states. here is what I mean: Someone chimes in that they know Bryan and he is a charismatic fellow, therefore he can do no wrong. Someone else says that since he is a Yank, he must be a thug. What needs to be disscussed is the impact of what Bryan did and whether or not it is part of a bigger pattern. Whether Bryan is a charming dude or not has little to do with it. However, we have developed a sporting team mentality here in the states, whereby we get behind or against something. If we are for that person, everything he does and says is fine and good. If we are against that person, everything he does and says is ridiculed. I'll leave it to your imagination to relate that to our current political situation.
If one could drive through Canada and listen to the typical talk radio program, and then listen to the typical talk radio shows in the US, they could see what I mean. Canadian talk radio discusses facts and issues, and is often heated. U S talk radio from the most popular shows, is a tirade of name calling and adolescent ridicule, often based on half truths and obfuscations. Sylogistic reasoning and deductive reasoning have been displaced by bombast.
Thanks for the cordial welcome.

Seems like the place to say Hello for new guys, Hello.

Cariboo

I think I've got the answer to your wondering about all the Texas traffic. Martins sister and Jack Brittingham run Tanzania Adventures Inc out of this state. http://www.tanzaniaquest.com

howdy all,
I am a 'south of the border guy'-Idaho to be precise, but some good folks(7 STW) gave me a link to this forum, and I am glad to be able to chat with my Canadian hunting brothers once more.
